Junior capital. Contracted exits. Structural protection.
Fund in formation, targeting first close in Q4 2026.
Anchor relationship
with established operator
We have secured a letter of support from Lancaster Group, the reference shareholder of Intertoll Europe, a transport infrastructure operator with over 40 years of experience across Europe, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and South Africa.
Intertoll's portfolio includes major long-term concessions: the 27-year A1 Gdańsk-Toruń motorway (Poland), M6 motorway phases (Hungary), Northern Ireland road network operations, the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge and Motorway (Turkey), and a 50% stake in Gautrain (South Africa)
The letter of support provides the Fund with preferential access to Intertoll's project pipeline, early engagement on qualifying opportunities, and regular briefings on development and acquisition projects suitable for junior capital.
